"Not really sure what happened with the washer visit"
I had a tech come out for my washer, and I’m still kind of confused about the whole thing. He was here maybe 10 minutes, or at least it felt that quick, looked it over, guessed what might be wrong, and then left without really fixing anything. I thought it was okay at first, but then the same problem started happening again later that night or maybe the next day. Either way, it definitely wasn’t fixed. I expected better from PC Richard. It just felt like the technician wasn’t very sure what he was doing

"I stopped in yesterday, i’m a bit picky…"
I stopped in yesterday, i’m a bit picky about how stores feel when I’m shopping, but this place was really clean. The floors looked great, and everything was laid out in a way that made it easy to move around. It just made the whole shopping trip feel a lot more pleasant.
"Pretty frustrating customer service experience"
I tried reaching out to PC Richard about an issue with my order, it was frustrating haha. I called and waited forever, then got told someone would call me back, but nobody ever did. I also sent an email and only got a basic auto-reply. Days went by and I still didn’t get a real answer. I totally get that places get busy, but at least let customers know what’s going on. It kind of felt like once they had my money, nobody really cared anymore.

"Why did buying one thing feel so complicated?"
I ordered from pcrichard and the product itself was totally fine, no complaints there. But the sales pressure got old really fast. As soon as I showed interest, it felt like I kept getting nudged toward warranties, delivery add-ons, and random extras I didn’t even ask for. I get that they have to offer that stuff, but it was just too much. I was kind of like, why is this so complicated? I just wanted to buy the item and move on. It made the whole process feel more stressful than it needed to be. I’d probably only shop there again if the price was really worth it.

I’ll give them credit, the price was clearly shown before I paid, which I wasn’t totally expecting. No hidden surprises at checkout, at least in my case

"I couldn’t get any times to work"
I tried a few different times and none of them worked for me. What made it more frustrating was that it felt like nobody really wanted to take ownership of the issue. I kept getting pushed around instead of someone just helping me figure it out.

"Shopping took longer than I expected"
I was browsing pcrichard.com thinking I’d compare a few different things and maybe narrow it down from there. The site itself was fine to get around, but after clicking through a bunch of categories, I kept realizing there just wasn’t a whole lot to pick from. Some items I was interested in were missing completely, and others only had one or two options, so it made comparing products kind of frustrating.

"Got it sorted, but the wait was annoying"
I had an issue with my order and ended up having to call more than once to get it handled. To be fair, they did fix it in the end, which I appreciate, but I spent way too much time waiting in the phone queue before actually getting to someone. The whole process just took longer than I expected.

"Delivered on the right day, but timing was way too vague"
My order did show up on the day they promised, so I’ll give them that. But the delivery window was so wide it felt like one of those vague promises where you’re just supposed to sit around and hope for the best. Of course, they came near the very end of it. The driver was nice, which helped, but I really wish they could give a more accurate time instead of keeping people waiting all day.

"Product Was Fine, Delivery Wasn’t Great"
I ordered from PC Richard and, umm, the delivery did show up on time, so that part was good. But the delivery guys weren’t very friendly at all. They barely said anything and seemed kind of annoyed when I asked where they were putting the item. They also left some packaging in my hallway and then rushed out. The product itself is fine, but the delivery experience definitely could’ve been better. i expected more

"Fridge Arrived Dented"
The fridge showed up with a dent in it, which was disappointing. I mean, who wants to receive a brand-new appliance already damaged? It just didn’t seem like it was handled with much care during delivery
"Payment Was Way Harder Than It Needed to Be"
I was just trying to make a payment, but it kept failing over and over. It should’ve been a really simple thing, and somehow it turned into a frustrating hassle. Not a great experience.

"Pickup took way too long"
Ordered for store pickup. Still waited almost an hour. No one seemed to know where my item was. I kept getting sent to different counters. Super messy. Annoying.

"Delivery scheduling was alright, but not great"
Ordering on pcrichard.com was easy, so no complaints there. The delivery scheduling, though, could’ve been better. The time window was really wide, and I didn’t hear much until it got closer to the actual day. They did show up, just later than I was hoping, which was kind of a pain since I had to plan my day around it. Not the worst experience, but definitely a little annoying...

"Freezing Pages Ruined My Plans"
I was trying to place an order and get on with my day, but the pages kept freezing over and over. Checkout was way more annoying than it needed to be, and it ended up messing up my plans because I spent so much time just trying to finish a simple purchase

They showed up later than expected, but they did take away the old fridge like they said they would. Overall, not perfect timing, but I’m glad it got handled 👍
"Fridge got noisy way too fast"
I bought a fridge from PC Richard i’m disappointed. After only about two weeks, it started making these loud noises, which is just not what you expect from a new appliance. And the shelves feel kind of flimsy too, like I’m nervous putting too much on them. I don’t know, maybe I expected better quality, but so far it’s been annoying more than anything. Not really happy with it.

My washer showed up with a dent, which was frustrating. I don’t know whoever runs this, but they really need to check these things before sending them out. That said, customer service handled it quickly and got it swapped. It took about an extra week, but overall it worked out okay.

"Quick Approval and Easy Payments"
I applied a few weeks ago and was surprised by how quickly I got approved. Since then, I’ve made my first couple of payments, and so far they’ve been manageable for my budget. Overall, it’s been a smooth experience up to this point.
